Ticket Types

• General Admission: Student/Non-Profit
  Discounted for full-time students, university faculty, and non-profit employees. Proof of status is required within five days of registration.
• General Admission: Self-Paid/Startup
  For individuals paying their own way or working at startups with limited budgets.
• General Admission: Corporate
  For those whose companies are covering registration fees.

Group Discounts

Bring your team! Discounts of 5% for groups of 5-9 attendees and 10% for groups of 10 or more are available for most ticket types (excluding Early General Admission). Promo codes must be used within 10 days of issue.

Registration

Secure your ticket early to guarantee a spot. Workshop tickets are sold separately from conference passes, and both are required to attend corresponding sessions.

• Call for Speakers: The speaker lineup is finalized annually. For future conferences, speakers can submit proposals during the CFP window, opening next January.
• Scholarship Program: Gopher Academy offers financial assistance to qualified community members, focusing on diversity and inclusion. Applicants are notified in July.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made before July 29, 2025.
• After this date, tickets are non-refundable but transferable. You can transfer your ticket to someone else, gift it to a community member, or roll it forward to a future conference year by contacting the organizers.
